SUMMARY:
The Associate Account Manager position at FG|PG is responsible for supporting Account Managers, Directors, and Officers with projects through production and ensuring the project is completed on time, on budget, and according to quality standards.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage Trade Show Exhibits and Events- Including but not limited to:

  • Work with direct reports as referenced above to plan, organize and support activities relative to trade shows, exhibits, and events
  • Following project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications. Confer with direct reports to discuss work procedures, change orders, and construction issues
  • Initiate and maintain liaison with direct reports and other contacts to facilitate project activities
  • Establish vendor quotes and procure necessary supplies or services
  • Monitor and control projects to ensure it is completed on schedule and within budget per direct report directive and assignments

Budgeting/Accounting-Including but not limited:

  • Work with the finance department to manage contracts’ financial aspects to protect the company’s interest and maintain a good relationship with the client
  • Monitor the time allocated for assigned projects, notifying the direct report of any anticipated overages or delays
  • Purchase materials, services, and travel on behalf of the clients and account management team and reconcile all purchases and expenses

Research and Client Deliverables- Including but not limited to:

  • Represent the company in internal and external projects and strategic meetings
  • Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, team, and clients
  • Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs, and scheduling, as well as client presentations
  • Follow up with clients regarding signed agreements, deposit invoices, and account receivables

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of Event and Trade Show Experience
  • Computer Software Knowledge: Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Bilingual in English/Mandarin is a plus

SUMMARY:
The Account Manager position at FG|PG is responsible for managing projects through production and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and according to quality standards; reviewing prospective projects and estimates with the Account Director(s) or Officer(s) before proposal submission to determine feasibility; lead pre-construction meeting to verify expectations; developing project schedules; generating appropriate work orders; addressing any questions (new build construction, lead times, use of materials, etc.); scheduling final client viewing to address any issues that may develop before packing and shipping; leading post-show construction/meeting; maintaining change order log on all projects and ensuring all changes have been noted on prints.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage Trade Show Exhibits and Events- Including but not limited to:

SUMMARY:
The Account Executive-New Business Development is responsible for driving and cultivating new business opportunities on behalf of the company through inbound leads and outbound strategy. The New Business Development-Account Executive engages in all stages of the pre-launch cycle, from prospecting to leading capabilities presentations, preparing responses to RFPs, leading the pitch process, and negotiating contracts. Able to effectively qualify prospects, present customized solutions to senior executives, and build long-term relationships for FG|PG. This role will take all appropriate and necessary action to ensure prospective clients regard the company highly and rely upon FG|PG as their resource for present and future experiential marketing communications solutions.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a high level of sales activity through prospecting calls, face-to-face appointments, presentations, referrals, and networking events
  • Responsible for forecasting revenue opportunities
  • Lead all aspects of capabilities presentations, sales presentations, pitches, and proposal generation for existing client base and prospects
  • Provide strategy and creative direction internally, including preparing creative briefs and communicating with the account management team (if applicable) to ensure that client objectives are being met
  • Interface with the creative and management team to develop creative proposals.
  • Travel to events for prospecting purposes, prospect/client appointments, engagement of new client contacts, and project delivery
  • Serve as a strategic partner to prospective clients by driving solutions that deliver measurable business results
  • Meet with high-level sales and marketing executives to be part of their strategic planning and brand communication initiatives
  • Through the research of client organization and business landscape, bring a consultative approach by creating new ideas, techniques, and customized solutions that are outside of the RFI/RFP circle that clients can consider deploying to exceed their brand objectives

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university and a minimum of five years of experience in business development in the marketing services, event marketing, and experiential marketing industry
  • Five years of experience selling multiple event service solutions; focus on creative, production, and experiential sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Docs
  • Knowledge of account management, accounting, marketing, and strategies
  • Experience with budget management and financial tracking

SUMMARY:
As an Associate Creative Director at FG|PG, you’re a creative thinker, doer, and leader with expertise in crafting B2B and B2C events, exhibits, and experiences that include being able to strategize and create attendee and user journeys— through a mix of storytelling, presentation design, graphic design, experiential design, copywriting, and 3D Renderings.In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping to shape high-level creative strategy and directions for a mix of projects, both B2B and B2C, as well as being a hands-on creator that can effortlessly move from strategy to 3D rendering to pitching to clients to working collaboratively with teams across the agency.You’ll be expected to be a proactive thinker and doer and help lead and work with various individuals and teams. You’ll be the lead creative on specific client engagements and new business pitches from brief to live and be a vital player across all agency initiatives.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who loves being a maker and is a hands-on team player who can take direction as quickly as possible. That means you’ve got one foot grounded in pushing creative innovation and the other in helping shape strategic business driving solutions. You’re also an optimist that thrives on pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

This role requires the ability and agility to generate and own over-arching creative concepts, content approaches, 3D and graphic design and copy directions while also leading/mentoring juniors and creative project teams to deliver the next wave of 360˚ experience-first marketing solutions that blend live, digital, virtual, and content solutions.

Working with the Chief Creative Officer, the CEO, General Manager, and varying team leads, you’ll look beyond explicit assignments and identify broader, long-term opportunities for FG|PG clients.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strong B2B experience and 3D rendering skills a mandatory, + B2C experiential expertise (activations, stunts, sponsored events, etc.)
  • Responsible for 360˚ conceptual and design thinking across live and virtual events and experiences, content, B2B conference design, and trade show booth design
  • Ability to work on your own and with our integrated internal and external teams to deliver strategically grounded, innovative, creative ideas that maintain a cohesive design language and brand voice/identity
  • Work with a diverse group of creatives (staff/freelance) with varying skills to fearlessly push each concept/project to the limit while fostering an inclusive culture that empowers the sharing of ideas
  • Support and build a culture of creative excellence grounded on mutual respect, trust, and collaboration across departments
  • Helps to win new clients, attract brilliant creative talent to the organization, and build a bench of freelance experts for every type of assignment
  • Develops relationships with clients and plays a vital role in client presentations, consistently demonstrating a high level of ability to sell an idea, respond to questions, and communicate the agency’s point of view
  • Reviews incoming job starts, creative briefs, and other forms of project initiation to ensure the team has essential information and sufficient time
  • Helps to identify and delegate resource needs based on the type of job, timeline, and budget
  • Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of experience design to the completion of significant assignments— managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Has an understanding of content creation across digital, social, and print platforms for varying projects
  • Assists Account Directors with building strong client relationships and acts as a critical client representative for the creative team
  • Works within specified deadlines; edits and revises work based on stakeholder feedback
  • Collaborates with stakeholders from across the disciplines such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Fabrication
  • Is a great presenter that can communicate creative, strategic, and design intent internally to team members and externally to our clients
  • Tracks and manages multiple parallel deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
  • Attends on-site events and shoots as needed to ensure the vision comes to life
  • Stays abreast of culture, industry, art/design, and technology trends

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • An industry background in Experience in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Strong B2B experience PLUS 3D Rendering skills (tradeshow booth design and renderings; conference strategy, design, and attendee journey; keynote content understanding, presentation design, and copywriting to sell ideas and create pitch decks; B2C activations, pop-ups, and stunts a plus)
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in an agency or related field with a stellar creative portfolio
  • 3D Rendering Skills a Mandatory for this Role
  • A College Degree
  • Previous experience as a Senior Creative, ACD, or CD with 3D rendering skills, with a proven ability to produce great work, collaborate with others, manage timelines and deliverables, and mentor when needed
  • Innovative conceptual skills and excellent presentation skills
  • Exceptional knowledge of experience design, environmental design, 3D rendering, graphic design, branding, copywriting, and experiential marketing. Experience in the video, motion design, and web/virtual development is a plus
  • Is a self-motivated culture junkie with interests in the world around us, including B2B and B2C – music, sports, film, entertainment, art, and industry trends
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, rendering software (Sketchup, Rhino, 3D Max, VRay, etc.), Google Slides, and all relevant programs
  • Ability to be a generalist across multi-media approaches and a specialist in 3D rendering PLUS either copywriting and graphic design
  • Must be able to manage several projects at a time – with a hands-on role doing, leading, and managing freelancers
  • Natural communicator with strong visual and verbal presentation skills
  • Positive attitude, genuine team player, and a self-starter approach to tackling challenges and opportunities

The Experiential Marketing Intern will assist the company and marketing department with marketing and new business development efforts. Such duties may include research, data capturing, maintaining prospect client databases, and updating social media platforms. This internship comes with the opportunity for advancement to a full-time position.

New Business Development (NBD): 60%
Marketing: 40%

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain company information on WBENC corporate member’s supplier diversity portals
  • Maintain and manage the company’s supplier diversity corporate members database/log, tracking all registration information via google sheets
  • Seek opportunities and correspond with WBENC’s supplier diversity corporate members to promote the company’s capabilities and build new relationships with directives and guidance from CEO and CFO
  • Work cross-functionally with the company’s Finance, HR, marketing, and leadership teams to develop and manage the company’s profile information to appropriately promote our core services and business offerings to WBENC’s supplier diversity corporate members

Marketing

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special projects
  • Work with the marketing team in updating and organizing social media content
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
  • Coordinate with Human Resources and Operations team in supporting and hosting all internal employee team-building events and activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current college student or recent graduate studying Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
  • Familiarity with navigating and posting to various current popular social media applications

LOCATION:

We are looking for someone that can work out of our Huntington Beach, CA, Headquarters.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

Intern hours or work will be based on university guidelines of 20 hours per week during the academic semester and 40 hours per week during winter and summer breaks. FG|PG’s standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, and occasionally including weekends.
